Stage 1 Teryx 840cc Kit

The 840cc Big Bore Kits offer an excellent cost effective way to gain horsepower and torque. This kit has been race proven, winning multiple SCORE events such as the Baja 1000, 500 and 250. If you want to fly this is the kit for you. Reliable performance with bolt on components, you can’t ask for more bang for the buck.

The kit features 90mm cylinders featuring long service life composite carbide bore plating, forged 2618 alloy racing pistons, rings, wrist pins, and special gaskets allowing more coolant flow.  Customer will need to supply front and rear cylinder cores, a refundable core fee will be charged initially and gladly returned upon inspection of the cylinders supplied.
